- July 10th: Deadline to cancel Fall housing without cancellation fee
- July 15th: Move-in appointment sign-up opens
- July 23rd: Summer halls close/Fall 2025 fee payment deadline
- August 8th: Move-in appointment sign-up closes
- August 9th: New student move-in
- August 10th: New and Returning student move-in
- August 13th: First day of classes
